Jackie Olson
Jackie brings over 40 years of experience to her role, embodying a loving, compassionate spirit that guides her leadership. Throughout the challenges of the COVID crisis, she tirelessly kept the program running and has continually sought innovative ways to grow and enhance our mission. Outside of work, Jackie cherishes time with her family and enjoys glamping in her motorhome at the sand dunes where she also rides in her side by side with her BFF. She also has a keen passion for vintage items, particularly jewelry, showcasing her appreciation for history and craftsmanship.​​​​​
Business Manger
Cindy Hunt
Cindy joined our team not long ago, but her impact has been immediate and substantial. She has quickly contributed to improving our business practices and is actively engaged in every facet of the program. Cindy has developed a wonderful rapport with our participants, who frequently stop by her office just to say hello. A talented seamstress, she also creates thoughtful little gifts for her colleagues within the agency. Her cheerful and outgoing nature brings joy to everyone around her, making her a beloved member of our team.

Tiffany Wade
Program Manager Tiffany has a passion for making a difference in the lives of adults with disabilities, a journey she's embraced for over 14 years. Balancing her professional life with her personal interests, Tiffany embodies the spirit of a 1950s working housewife. She has a flair for vintage jewelry that reflects her love for timeless style, and in her free time, she enjoys cooking, scrapbooking, quilting, and indulging in various crafts. With a heart full of creativity and compassion, Tiffany is committed to enriching the lives of those she works with, using her diverse interests to inspire and uplift others.
HR Manager
Hope Kerbs
Hope Kerbs is our new HR manager with 20 years of experience supporting adults with disabilities. She is known for her compassion and joy, bringing positivity to everyone she works with. This makes her the perfect person to develop this new position. Hope loves to celebrate birthdays and milestones, often gifting thoughtful presents to others. In her free time, she enjoys reading, shopping, diamond art and playing games. Her dedication to celebrating others and creating a learning environment makes her an invaluable asset to her team.

Project Manager
Reo Olson
Reo joined SVTC in 2019 after a remarkable 35-year career in masonry. With his diverse skill set, he can tackle almost any maintenance or building project that comes his way. Reo is beloved by our participants for his consistently cheerful demeanor and his willingness to engage with them every day, making each person feel valued and special. His favorite quote, “I am not a plumber!” perfectly captures his humorous approach to life and work. Outside of work Reo has a passion for riding his side by side with his BFF at the dunes. He is also a very talented silversmith and lapidaris.​​
DSG Supervisor
Samantha Fenstermaker
Sam has transitioned into the role of DSG supervisor, showcasing her dedication and leadership since joining our team in 2012. She possesses a calming presence and remarkable organizational skills, making her a reliable source of support for everyone. With her fun, bubbly personality, Sam effortlessly spreads cheer to those around her. Outside of work, she enjoys indulging in Dr. Pepper, going to movies, and cherishing time spent with her loved ones. Her blend of professionalism and warmth makes her an invaluable asset to our team.

Health Care Coordinator
Jenny Dizazo
Jenny is one of our longest-serving team members. Over the past 27 years, she has taken on many different roles and responsibilities. Jenny primarily handles healthcare-related duties, such as assisting with medications, training and preparing for emergency procedures, and teaching CPR. Her loyalty and dedication are evident, and she truly lights up any room she is in. Generous by nature, she always prioritizes the well-being of others before herself. With a nurturing spirit and a natural talent for care, Jenny's love for animals is reflected in her household, where she has shared her life with several pets, including dogs, birds, and bunnies.

Nadean has been a valued member of the South Valley team since 1997. Her 27 years of service here has impacted woven her into the fabric of South Valley. Her passion for the outdoors shines through in her love for camping, hunting, and fishing. In addition to her outdoor pursuits, she enjoys reading. Nadean plays a crucial role in our team, bringing joy and support to each individual she interacts with, making her an essential part of our community.

Mindi Franklin-Bowen
Mindi is our dedicated transportation manager at South Valley Training Company. With many years of experience under her belt, she expertly oversees our transportation department and manages client activity funds. A true simple country girl at heart, Mindi loves spending her free time camping and riding her side-by-side with family and friends. Her passion for animals shines through, as she adores horses, dogs, cats, and rabbits—each holding a special place in her heart. Known for her charming style, Mindi enjoys collecting and wearing jewelry and cozy hoodies. Her nurturing spirit and commitment to caring for others make her an invaluable part of our team, which she believes is the perfect fit for her.

Iva has been a dedicated member of the South Valley team since 1997. With her creativity shining through in everything she does, she loves to engage in crafts, bake delicious goods, and prepare wonderful meals. This passion translates into her 27 years of service, as she consistently comes up with fun and inventive activities for the individuals she supports. Iva is also deeply committed to advocating for her clients, building amazing rapport and meaningful relationships with everyone she works with, making her an invaluable part of our community.

Katie has a bubbly personality that brings joy and sunshine to everyone around her every day. Since joining our team at South Valley in 2013, she has consistently spread positivity and warmth to the individuals she supports. A truefantasy genre fangirl and nerd at heart, Katie enjoys watching movies, diving into books, and cherishing quality time with family and friends. Her vibrant spirit and enthusiasm make her a beloved member of our team.

Chantelle is a very creative individual who loves to bring joy and cheer to everyone around her. Since joining our team back in 2018, she has consistently supported her clients and colleagues by finding opportunities to spread positivity and laughter, even in the early mornings. After taking a brief leave she returned to us just as cheerful and funny. Outside of work Chantelle adores all animals, especially her dog, Bugeara! Chantelle has a keen sense of fun fashion and makeup as well as her vibrant personality making for a wonderful addition to the South Valley Family.

Sharareh has been dedicated to working with adults with disabilities for 23 years. She brings a strong sense of compassion and trust to everyone she works with, making her interactions incredibly impactful. In her spare time, Shar enjoys reading, shopping, watching the news, and traveling. Her ability to foster trust is evident in her daily interactions with her team and the individuals she supports, contributing to a positive and supportive environment for all.

Jordann is a vibrant personality who absolutely adores Beetlejuice and has a heart full of kindness. With a passion for both pets and exotic creatures, she brings a unique enthusiasm to her interactions. Always eager to engage, Jordann shines in community settings, especially when supporting individuals during activities. One of her favorite moments is participating in karaoke groups, where she not only encourages others but joins in on the fun, spreading joy and laughter wherever she goes!

Brynna is a dedicated direct support professional with a passion for traveling the world. In her free time, she enjoys hitting the gym, singing, playing the ukulele, and learning Spanish. Currently, she is also attending college, which definitely keeps her on her toes! Brynna loves to read and finds joy in being outdoors and spending quality time with her family. She is married to her high school sweetheart and they share their home with the cutest dog and cat. Brynna truly loves her work at South Valley and is grateful for the opportunities it brings her!

Kellie Rodriguez
Kellie is a woman of few words, yet her smiles speak volumes. With a heart of gold, she brings a subtle sense of humor to those lucky enough to know her well. She joined South Valley team in 2023 but took a brief leave to welcome her baby daughter into the world! Outgoing and free-spirited, Kellie believes that the people she works with and the lives she touches would be "bored without me."

Employment Director
Cassidy Kerbs
Cassidy joined South Valley's team in 2019 and developed the employment department. She has built the department from a one-person show to a team of four with many successes. Her team has most recently taken over the employment preparation program and has implemented some exciting new initiatives! Cassidy is passionate about her parrots and also loves her dogs and cat, enjoying time cuddling with them while reading a good book. Her favorite quote is:

Brooke Parkinson
Brooke joined the South Valley Training Company team recently and has flourished through several positions. She brings order to chaos with her sharp organizational skills and is passionate about helping others achieve their goals. Brooke is very relatable, and this shines through in her day-to-day interactions with her clients and other team members. She stays active through her volleyball team as well as taking care of her family and pets, bringing so much joy to those lives she touches.

Shanny joined our team in 2022. She consistently presents a calm demeanor through all situations, providing a sense of structure and safety for the individuals we serve. With a passion for community opportunities, she actively seeks out new and creative ideas to implement within our program. Shanny is skilled at finding teaching moments in her day-to-day interactions. In her home life, she showcases an open and loving heart, along with a strong commitment to helping others. She loves her cats, Ash, Sky and Rebel and has had them as part of her family for years.

Gerald is a valued member of the South Valley Training Company team since 2023. With a passion for camping, animals, and a good cup of coffee, Gerald brings a refreshing sense of calmness to everyone he encounters. As part of our employment team, he focuses on job development, having individuals find meaningful employment within the community. He's a fantastic salesman! His dedication and approachable demeanor make him an essential resource for those seeking to enhance their professional lives.

Meet Jacob, our dedicated van driver. Jake has a sweet tooth and enjoys driving. He has a fun sense of humor and is super personable to everyone he meets. Jake says he enjoys his job because he is bringing individuals to the places that make them the happiest. He is one of the most caring people you will ever meet, which makes him an amazing addition to our team. Oh, and he likes cats!

Gwen has been a delightful addition to our team since she joined as a part-time receptionist five years ago. Known for her cheerful smile, she warmly greets everyone who visits our program and ensures they feel welcomed. With a passion for helping others, Gwen expertly guides visitors to their destinations, making their experience enjoyable. In her free time, she loves tackling word search puzzles and jigsaw puzzles, often sharing this fun with her friends. Her friendly demeanor and helpful spirit make her a cherished member of our staff!
